I collected my new car on Saturday - very pleased with the new car. The customer service from both Nick and Ian was excellent. No problems what so ever - nothing too much trouble. Totally recommend using Billingtons Flitwick.
Stay very clear - I asked for them to fix a tie rod and do a full check on all the steering components. After there fix and 180 out of pocket my car still had problems. I take it back to get checked 4 times where they send me off saying that the car is ok each time. Went to get an MOT check and it failed on a steering component. The 180 was mostly for a noisy wheel bearing that they recommended to get replaced - actually felt like it made no improvement to the car and they refused to refund me any money.I recommend the Luton airport Vauxhall branch it is much better and more professional.
