Just phoned to make an appointment with them as I have used them before (with no issue) only to be told that because I haven't been back in their set intervals that I would need to re-register and have an complete examination and full set of x-ray's before they could look at my issue. This very much sounds like a money making tactic and not putting their patient first. Shan't be using again.
Get the patient in and out ASAP approach. Also seemingly more expensive and painful than alternate dentists based on like-for-like procedures.
Dont use. Not user friendly. The reception staff would not even allow me an appointment until I submitted. Dont you realise I have little time and Im in pain!!!! Why why why do you not want my money??? How do you run a business in this manor. Why has customer service past you by? Can not comment on the quality of the dental service as I could not get past the guard dog at reception. Poor show:(
So calm and explanation for my treatment was outstanding. I felt very relaxed I would highly recommend this dentist surgery.

The actual extractions (one of them a wisdom tooth) were painless. I had no bruising, almost no swelling and didn't need painkillers apart from the first day. I've had some poor experiences with dentists recently so very relieved to have found Kings Dental. Their staff have won my trust and confidence.
