Went into the shop and explained what was required. Was promised a call. Phoned back twice over a space of 4 weeks asking for someone to call back to quote for some work. No one bothered. Poor customer service.
Had Ian and colleague fit a fitted wardrobe in our spare room. As they had some spare time they rang and asked if they could do the fitting earlier then exoected. And I must say they have done a fabulous job from start to finish. Bee-line did our kitchen for us about four years ago, and since then we've also got them to do a couple of wardrobes, some fitted furniture and a couple of bespoke items of standalone furniture. They are very competitively priced (especially for the kitchen) and have always been super helpful and friendly, as well as flexible with our various requests. There is sometimes a bit of a wait though, so do check how long your furniture will take if that is important to you.
