Incompetence beyond belief. I trusted them to push the 'back' on my watch. It's my pride and joy with enormous sentimental value.Instead of conceding that it was beyond their capability they decided to smash the glass face instead. After their well rehearsed disclaimer verses', I'm now faced with 100's of repair costs from the watch makers (if actually repairable now).Yes I know, more fool me for thinking they were jewellers.
Went to get some real bag resized. Good service and reasonable price. Al good.
