I cant believe how long this branch takes to deliver. I order a pizza at 6, says it is out for delivery at 6.20 and delivered at 6.30, in reality it was 7.10 before I received, 40 mins after it was supposedly delivered on the tracking thing. And of course it was stone cold, and had to reheat in my oven, adding more time. So 50 minutes to deliver a pizza, which is bad seeing as I only live within a 2 minute drive from the branch itself. Terrible, If you are going to buy from here, expect a long delivery and get your oven warmed up, or better yet, try buy from another branch.
Appalling service, obviously they have a huge monopoly on take away places in the area so we continue to give this branch chance after chance but repeatedly disappointed. Food takes HOURS to be delivered, if you call they LIE repeatedly saying its out for delivery (have had to call back up to 4 times over an hour period-was already 1 hour since ordered at first phone call) and occasionally it just doesnt turn up and is very often cold/underdone/missing items/just plain wrong order! NEVER offered money back/vouchers/apologies for poor service. Honestly if this wasnt the only option for pizza delivery in the area I would never use this place again.
Don't bother ordering for a quick and convenient meal, absolutely shocking service, ordered on the app with an estimated delivery time of 30 minutes....still waiting 1 hour 20 minutes later. App says food delivered, clearly someone in the store/delivery driver is stating deliveries have been completed before actual delivery has taken place. Jokers.
Got to the store after ordering online. Was told order was not ready yet. Waited 10min more to be told that they forgot to make one of the pizzas. Asked if the already cooked pizza would be warm and they said yes. Asked to check it and it was cold. So they make another new pizza for that.In total took 50min from ordering the pizza till I walked out the store. Was offered no discount or vouchers. Really poor
Ordered at 6:30. And got told from the app that our order was out for delivery at 7:15 didn't get it till 8 and called four times with a promising of a call back which we never received. When we received our order, all food was lukewarm and half our order was missing and had to call again (so five times now we called) to say we haven't got our drink. We did get our drink finally and food was nice but cold. I would still buy from domino's but won't order as the hassle we had received today. So probably won't have one as often.
