This was my first visit and I can only say GREAT things. Firstly, the reception staff were extremely welcoming, especially Debbie Conquest, who also helped me schedule appointments around me busy schedule. The physio was great and I'm feeling more active already. Would recommend to my nearest and dearest. Thank you!

I came to the physio after I had a knee op. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, I saw Sally who sorted my problem out quite quickly.Would highly recommend, good experience

The therapist was so rude to me and the reception responds only to 1 out of 10 calls then calls back only when they want to. I come to see her about chronic pain, she tells me she would have done something about it much earlier if she were me but it's my life afterall, as if I had not tried. She uses a treatment which is supposed to cause inflammation for a couple of days then make it better except a week after I can barely walk without excruciating pain. I call them to ask for help, I get a VM back to tell me to call back at a certain time. I do, don't reach anyone again, hang up the phone. Time comes to my next appointment I'm really not up for this treatment and attitude again and last minute decide to call because it may be best to cancel rather than have the same treatment again and make it worse. I call to ask about this - VM again so I just cancel. Why is this acceptable to this clinic? I get a message back that because in my history of dealing with them it's the second time I've needed to cancel late (unfortunately) I will not be able to receive further "help". I call back reach them to try to clear the situation and get told that there is no way to go to the appointment to discuss this, that I will not get more appointments. Two things:1. Yes I am at fault for the late cancellation the first time, however today if you had picked up the phone and spoken to me you would have understood why I was cancelling when again I cannot reach you and maybe if you were any good you could have actually offered to help. 2. In the end, it is just as well since all you did was hurt me more. I still have not recovered from the previous "treatment" and I genuinely think others should know about this.
