Very abrupt & quite unhelpful. Phoned to ask a query about a parcel & waited on hold till phone hung up? Phoned back & was only told what they could not do. No suggestion to help get a package sent??
Moody, rude sullen staff. They seem to think they are doing you a favour by posting your items for you! I wish there was another viable option to using Royal Mail!!!
