Excellent meal full of flavour. Just caught them before they closed but the staff were extremely generous with their time and we were under no pressure to get on with it. Ruhel and Mil were our servers and were friendly and extremely knowledgeable about their food. Such a shame it is such a long way from home
We were looking for a pub for dinner, just off the M1. The pub we went to didn't serve food on Mondays, so they sent us to The Drovers - which despite the name, is an Indian restaurant. WHAT A STROKE OF LUCK!!Really excellent food, interesting with loads of dishes I'd never seen before, alongside the old favourites - it was delicious. But what really made it was the service - Mil and Ru where excellent, passionate, funny and really enthusiastic about making sure we had the perfect experience.Excellent place, well worth the 10min detour from the M1.
Frequented the premises for the 1st time on NYE. I have to confess thee best authentic Indian meal I have had. Menu had a wide choice of different culinary dishes and we were not disappointed with the quality. Immensely tasty that served an array of spices. Service and ambiance best in class!! Will definitely return on a regular basis now I have discovered this gem!!
The BEST Indian Restaurant experience I've ever had. We were welcomed by a gentleman called Sal, who made our dining experience 5 stars. He recommended their signature dishes and which wines went well with them.Incredible flavours in the food, I highly recommend the King Prawns.Overall a really amazing dining experience, a huge thanks to Sal for making it so special.
Fantastic food, staff and service. We booked ahead on Boxing Day night (tonight) and it wasn't all that busy. Food came within a half hour or so and was delicious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a 5 month old in tow and nowhere to change him. The staff found a quiet space for us to change him which was fantastic. We were never left with empty glasses. All round excellent atmosphere, food and service. We're not local or we'd be visiting again very soon. We hope to come back again in the New Year.
